Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Indam Softech website (“Site”) and any services offered by IND-AM SOFTTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Services
Indam Softech provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, cloud and DevOps consulting, UI/UX design, dedicated engineering teams, and legacy modernization services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are set out in a separate statement of work or master service agreement executed between the parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Client-owned materials provided to us remain the property of the client. Upon full payment and unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work product created specifically for a client is assigned to the client. We retain rights to general methodologies, tools, libraries, and pre-existing intellectual property used in the delivery of services.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement. Obligations survive termination of the engagement for a period agreed in the applicable non-disclosure or master service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indam Softech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
